New Feature: Glossary!
Hey friends!
Today, I've finally finished a very important update that, to be honest, has been long overdue—the glossary! I've been told multiple times from multiple people that the Japanese words are confusing. I could have removed the words but I feel like they add a validity to the setting since many of them are culturally specific and don't have an exact English equivalent.
I also had a bit of a problem with figuring out how to explain the history of Japan during the time of Sekishu no Koe without drawn-out exposition. By using the glossary definitions and mikaeri descriptions (have you been collecting those?), I can continue to build the world even outside of the story.
Something else you may notice when starting the game is a new title theme! I've been so fortunate to be able to feature one of my favorite songs from one of my favorite bands, Juuichi, in a game strongly inspired by their music. If you like it, please visit their bandcamp page to see more of their amazing work.
With updating the game file, I'm not sure how it will effect your save data. Since most data is saved locally, I don't expect that it will reset your progress but you will likely be missing glossary entries. My apologies in advance for any trouble this update may cause but I hope that it enriches your experience as you continue to play.
Thanks so much and I hope you enjoy the update!
